Warranty Coverage

Factory Direct Medical offers a limited warranty for the Matrix Nexa Electric Compact City Car, covering the following components under specified conditions:

  • Electrical System: Includes the motor, battery, and controller. Coverage is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
  • Chassis: Warranty covers manufacturing defects in the structural components for 12 months.
  • Other Components: Covers manufacturer defects for components such as brakes and suspension for 6 months.

Warranty Conditions
