Factory Direct Medical is a Canadian-based home health care and mobility retailer with decades of experience. We focus heavily on premium compression wear from leading brands like SIGVARIS and JOBST, as well as mobility scooters, rollator walkers, bathroom safety equipment, wheelchairs, lift chairs and other medical equipment. Our products are stocked in our Ontario facility and shipped across Canada.

All orders are processed and shipped from our facility in Concord, Ontario. At this time, we ship orders within Canada only. If you are outside Canada, please contact us before placing an order, as we do not currently ship or sell to the United States.

Most in-stock orders are processed within approximately 3–4 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once shipped, delivery within Canada typically takes about 3–7 business days, depending on your location and the carrier. When your order leaves our facility, you’ll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow its progress.

Yes. Canadian orders that reach the posted free‑shipping threshold (before taxes) usually qualify for free delivery, with certain product‑specific exceptions noted on the website. Large or heavy items and shipments to remote areas may have limited shipping options or surcharges; in those cases, we will contact you before shipping for approval.

All returns must be pre‑authorized before being sent back. In general, items must be in original packaging, unopened, and in resalable condition to qualify for return. Some categories—such as personal care items and special‑order equipment—are non‑returnable. Other items may be returnable within a short window and can be subject to a restocking fee and freight charges. Always review the Refund and Returns Policy and the product page before purchasing.

Special‑order and personal‑care items are not returnable. This includes products such as compression stockings, incontinence items, electrodes, braces and supports, many wound‑care and PPE products, and certain larger or custom‑configured equipment listed as special order. If you are unsure whether a specific item is returnable, please check the product description or contact customer service before ordering.
